    Products purchased on IRiJewelry may be exchanged or returned to IRiJewelry, up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
    We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging.

Exchanges and Returns to IRiJewelry are for STORE CREDIT only, NO refunds will be issued:

If you choose to return your jewelry, eyewear with a tracking number, please notify us by email at love@irijewelry.com
We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry, eyewear.
After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.

* Please note that IRiJewelry is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
IRiJewelry will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the store credit gift card.
