Shipping
All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida location and generally ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS, UPS and take anywhere from 2-7 business days in the U.S. and 10-20 days internationally. Upgraded express shipping is available at buyer's cost. We offer free shipping on orders $100+.
Shipping Insurance/lost/stolen packages
**PLEASE BE ADVISED we do NOT insure packages and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like your package insured please choose the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout which is offered for both domestic and international packages.
Return/Exchange Policy
In order to keep our merchandise affordable we offer store credit only for all regular priced within 14 business days of receipt.
Return Instructions:
If you would like to return an item please contact us via email at love@irijewelry.com for authorization and ship the item back to us with 14 days from the day it was delivered. Please be sure write your order # on the outside shipping label. Return shipping is paid by buyer and you may use the carrier of your choice.
Any paid shipping costs from original order will not be reimbursed.
Once the item(s) is received back to us a store credit will be issued in the amount of the item at the time of purchase via email. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any purchase from our website.
